- In order to receive any promotion you must claim it in the cashier BEFORE making a deposit. Once logged into the casino, go to the promotions section in the casher, hit "Claim" and then make the deposit. The claimed promotion will be credited instantly to your account.
- Individual promotions are provided only once per account and/or per household or at management's discretion. If a second account is opened at the same casino, it will be closed and any promotion and subsequent winnings will be void.
- Terms and conditions for each promotion are listed in the casino cashier and are considered to be final. Pay close attention to wagering requirements of specific games. Only Slots, Keno and Scratch cards can be played until wagering requirements are met. Any wagering on excluded games will void promotions and any winnings derived. Again, terms in the cashier are final.
- Casino management reserves the right to void any amount in excess of a player's original deposit upon a withdrawal request if the promotion bonus is wagered on any game that is excluded/banned for that particular promotion.
- Casino management reserves the right to annul privileges to promotions and/or in rare cases suspend a player's account and refund any deposits if upon review of transaction records it is concluded that the player is applying strategies considered to be abusive in nature. This includes playing excluded or banned games before wagering out almost exactly the minimum required on allowed games.
- In the event of a difference of opinion between a player and management, all related information will be taken into consideration before a decision is handed out. Casino management decisions are final.
- Countries that do NOT qualify for the Free Trial Promotion are: Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands Antilles, Poland, and Bulgaria.
